Neisser bought molds and materials which he used to create a lot of products which he sold. His goal is to gradually increase his production and make more profits. Neisser is so thankful for microfinance and working with Kiva to start his business. Through the sale of socks, Cole and Parker has been able to help Neisser with his Kiva Loan to enable him to increase his production
We make products for innovators, entrepreneurs and those seeking to get ahead. Our core values drive everything we do from customer service to design to our company culture.
Authenticity: Being genuine is very important to us. We do everything with integrity – doing what we say we are going to do when we say we are going to do it. We are transparent in all we do.
Entrepreneurship: We want people to live energetic and purposeful lives. We create a platform for people to grow, take risks and give it a go.
Our original intent is to support entrepreneurs: both globally and locally. We carry this entrepreneurial spirit in everything we do – from our facebook page to how we answer the phone.
Generosity: We strive to under promise and over deliver. We like going above and beyond. We give without expectation. We are generous with our community (whether they are purchasing a pair of socks, work on our team or are one of our strategic partners).
Sustainability: In order to spur economic stability in the developing world, we run a profitable business. We are good stewards who run a diligent and responsible enterprise. As we grow, we have the opportunity to expand our reach and have a greater impact on the world.
Fun: You don’t start a sock company to be boring or take life too seriously. Anyone we work with has to love their life (every second of it).
